This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The bottom has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
Not so long ago, a geeky otaku nerd graduated high school and started attending a top 20 university in the U.S. There, suddenly, the mix of Brilliance, Artistry, and Context transformed him from a nerd into an Academic Artist Vigilante Superhero ro something . Now he roams the streets of the night looking for parts with which to rock the world with his intimidating custom arms and props.

Well, I mean, it's pretty much entirely up to you. Different people tend towards different things, usually a mix of aesthetic preference and what's available. My old fallback is flexible piping, rigid plumbing tubes and PVC, small bottles, and light bulbs of varying types. I've also been known to use small louvers and vents, small batteries, and jewelry supplies for detail work. For me personally, a lot of what I use is old, broken toy parts because I used to do sculpture with that kinda stuff and years of yardsailing provided me with a good supply, but even that only gets you so far. Ultimately it’s up to whatever looks good; lots of gears and nuts and bolts and leather and metal. Yardsails, a messy drawer, a trash can, or The Walmart hardware section are good places to start.
